Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Liability for subsequent defects

  • We will repair or replace Goods which fail to comply with the provisions of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 or which shows a defect. If you claim that the item is defective, the following conditions apply:

    • The defect must be reported to us within [four weeks] of becoming apparent;

    • The defect results only from faulty design or manufacture;

    • You have returned the defective Goods or parts to us if we have so requested;

    • We do not offer returns if you simply change your mind. We also do not offer returns on personalised items where personalisation text, photographs, etc have been submitted to us incorrectly by the customer.

  • If we agree that we are liable, we will refund the cost of return carriage and will repair or replace the Goods free of charge.

  • If we repair or replace the Goods, you have no additional claim against us either under this agreement or by statute or common law, in respect of the defect.

Refunds and goods returned

These provisions apply in the event that you return any Goods to us for any reason:

  • We do not provide refunds, or accept returns unless there was a defect in the Goods at the time of purchase, or we have agreed in correspondence that you may return them.

  • We do not offer returns if you simply change your mind. We also do not offer returns on personalised items where personalisation text, photographs, etc have been submitted to us incorrectly by the customer.

  • Before you return the Goods to us, please carefully re-read the instructions and check that you have assembled it correctly and complied with any provisions relating to the power supply, plugs and sockets.

  • The Goods must be returned to us as soon as any defect is discovered but not later than [15 days].

  • So far as possible, Goods should be returned:

    • With both Goods and all packaging as far as possible in their original condition;

    • Securely wrapped;

    • Including our delivery slip;

    • At your risk and cost.

  • You must tell us by by sending an email to us via our enquiry form that you would like to return Goods, specifying exactly what Goods and when purchased, and giving full details of the defect or other reason for return. We will then issue a returns note. If you send Goods to us without a returns note, we may not be able to identify sufficient details to enable us to attend to your complaint.

  • In returning faulty Goods please enclose with it a note clearly stating the fault and when it arises or arose.

  • Most of the Goods are covered by the manufacturer's guarantee for a minimum of 12 months. Please first check the plug, fuse, batteries and the manufacturer's operating instructions.

  • If delivery was made to Australian address, you are also protected by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

  • If we agree that the Goods are faulty, we will:

    • refund the cost of return carriage;

    • repair or replace the Goods as we choose.

You must claim your return within 30 days from date of purchase, by sending email to us via our enquiry form, with a receipt for proof of purchase and setting out the grounds for your claim.

We will respond within 7 days. If you are eligible for a return we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

If you are eligible for a return, we will refund you the purchase price. If the problem is not major, we reserve the right to repair the item within a reasonable timeframe and send it back to you. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
